We are looking for an exceptional individual with real estate experience to expertly manage administrative tasks, listings, and leads; coordinating operations for the sales team in all areas including documentation, procedure, content creation, and sales progression; while providing direct support to the management.

What You’ll Do

  • As a Listing Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be managing property listings across prominent platforms like Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and more. Daily updates and timely maintenance of listings are essential to ensure clients have access to accurate and appealing property information.

  • You'll play a pivotal role in client engagement, responding promptly to inquiries, and fostering relationships. Document management is another vital aspect of this role, where you'll compile, organize, and maintain various records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.

  • Efficient coordination is key to success. You'll be tasked with scheduling property-related activities, including photography, videography, 360 tours, and I-staging. Moreover, maintaining high-quality listing information within our CRM system is crucial to attract potential clients.

  • A deep understanding of the Trakheesi system and real estate forms is expected. Ensuring listing documents adhere to compliance guidelines is part of your role. Additionally, your creative flair will shine as you craft, edit, and update listings to highlight unique property features.

  • Occasionally, you'll manage social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to promote property listings. Building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients is a key aspect, involving regular contact and market analysis.

  • In addition to your core responsibilities, you may be requested to perform additional tasks to support our team and company objectives. For the right candidate, the role comes with basic salary + incentives & commission, insurance, visa and transportation. Training will be provided, but we do expect the person to have at least 2 year’s experience, along with complete clarity on RERA law
