Want to sell your property?

The trick to selling is not to “trick” anyone.


The goal is to be very clear about why your property is an amazing opportunity and if it's communicated the right way (and if your asking price is in-line), you can help a lot of people “connect-the-dots” and realize that your property is exactly what they need.


But first, documents.

Before you can list your property with an agency, you need to make sure to provide the following documents:

  • Electronic Form A, approved online

  • Updated Title Deed / Oqood (Off-plan)

  • Emirates ID or Passport Copy

  • Working Mobile Number & Email Address

Photos that inspire!

Allow your agent to take quality photos of the property for the listing. They will need at least 10 good images for their listings.


Make sure the space is clean, clear and staged, and arranged during daylight hours to present your property in the best way possible.


A catchy title.

Attention-grabbing headlines make buyers want to read more.


Make sure to:

  • Include key words & figures

  • Highlight the unique-selling point

  • Look at trends for inspiration

  • Use simple language

  • Never, ever make false claims

What if there is no USP?

Every property has a potential client, which means every single listing has a unique-selling point!


The next time you take a listing with a fatal flaw, don’t try to hide it. Instead, acknowledge it, price the property appropriately, and write a creative headline to get the property sold.


Priced to sell.

Pricing your home at fair market value from the start will attract more potential buyers.


Remember:

The longer a home remains on the market, the more likely its perceived value decreases and the more likely the home will sell at a lower price.


Property, presented right.

A property marketed right is a property you will reap rewards from.


While it may take more time and energy initially; quality listings have the potential to leave the competition in your tracks.
